University Nice-Sofia Antipolis
The University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (UNS) is involved as partner in several Erasmus Mundus projects: “Basileus”, “Averroes”.UNS also manages as contractant the Erasmus Mundus Partnership project “EMMA” and Erasmus Mundus Joint doctorate EMJD in Astrophysics.
The University of Nice Sophia Antipolis develops agreements of cooperation with many universities. Besides agreements of student mobility (Erasmus, Erasmus Mundus); UNS also manages European Tempus Projects which involve many Western Balkan partner universities.
The University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis (UNS), second largest multidisciplinary university in France with 25,000 students, stands out as a higher education institution strongly committed to international openness. Since its inception in 1965, the University has integrated a very significant rate of both intenraitonal students and researchers in its academic facilities: eight campuses, two institutes, a School of engineering, a College for Doctoral Studies, an Institute for Scientific Culture, over 60 research labs, and more.
